ingredients
- 1 medium nashi pear
- 1 fig, sliced
- ½ lime, thinly sliced
- 3 squares Dark Chocolate see product
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil see product
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes see product
- 2 tbsp Caramelised Buckinis see product
method
- Step 1Using a mandolin or amazing knife skills, thinly slice the nacho pear and arrange, overlapping, on a plate.
- Step 2Repeat with the lime.
- Step 3Layer lime and fig slices over the pear.
- Step 4Melt the chocolate squares with the coconut oil and drizzle over the top.
- Step 5Sprinkle over the coconut flakes and Buckinis.
- Step 6Enjoy immediately, or for extra sustenance, dollop on some coconut yoghurt.
