ingredients

1 medium nashi pear

1 fig, sliced

½ lime, thinly sliced

3 squares Dark Chocolate
-
1 tsp Coconut Oil
-
1 tbsp Coconut Flakes

2 tbsp Caramelised Buckinis
method
- Step 1 :Using a mandolin or amazing knife skills, thinly slice the nacho pear and arrange, overlapping,
on a plate.
- Step 2 :Repeat with the lime.
- Step 3 :Layer lime and fig slices over the pear.
- Step 4 :Melt the chocolate squares with the coconut oil and drizzle over the top.
- Step 5 :Sprinkle over the coconut flakes and Buckinis.
- Step 6 :Enjoy immediately, or for extra sustenance, dollop on some coconut yoghurt.
