Banana Nice Cream of another kind :) These frozen banana iced banana pops are perfect for hot summers - when you're craving a sweet treat with a lil' texture, but you want to keep it "nice".

Iced Banana Choc Pops
- 2 Bananas
- 10 skewers
- 1 block Loving Earth Creamy Chocolate see product
- 1 block Loving Earth Salted Caramel Chocolate see product
- 1/2 cup Loving Earth Berry Cacao Buckinis Cereal see product
method
- Step 1Line a baking pan with non-stick baking paper.
- Step 2Cut your peeled banans into 2-3cm thick slices (1 banana should be cut into about 5 "bites". Insert your skewers into the banana bites. Place on your baking pan and freeze for 1 hour.
- Step 3In a double boiler, melt each of the chocolate bars. Stir well and ensure that the chocolate doesn't burn or split. Remove from the heat and cool for a few minutes.
- Step 4Remove the banana bites from the freezer. Dip each bite in melted chocolate, alternating between the Salted Caramel and the Creamy. Dip each of the chocolate-dipped banana bites into the Berry Cacao Cereal and transfer back to the baking pan. Let it rest until the chocolate is firm. Transfer back to the freezer for another 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy! If not eating immediately, let the banana pops remain in the freezer!
