Step 1Soak the macadamias in filtered water for 4 hours. Drain and rinse.
Step 2Combine the drained macadamias and coconut cream in a blender and blend on high speed until you have a completely smooth cream.
Step 3Add the frozen banana chunks, sea salt, coconut oil, and vanilla beans. Blend the mixture until smooth.
Step 4Chop and fold in your Loving Earth mix in’s!
Step 5Scrape the ice cream mixture out into a lined cake tin. Drizzle some maple syrup on top once in the pan for a caramel ripple. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
