The naughtiest nice-ream ever! Filled with all our Loving Earth Favourites to satisfy every Monkey!
ingredients
Ice Cream
- 2 cups raw macadamias
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted see product
- ½ tps Vanilla Bean Powder
- pinch of sea salt
Loving Mix in’s
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 80g Creamy Coconut Mylk Chocolate see product
- Chocolate Coated Almonds In Mylk & Caramel Chocolate see product
- Walnuts (optional)
method
- Step 1Soak the macadamias in filtered water for 4 hours. Drain and rinse.
- Step 2Combine the drained macadamias and coconut cream in a blender and blend on high speed until you have a completely smooth cream.
- Step 3Add the frozen banana chunks, sea salt, coconut oil, and vanilla beans. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Step 4Chop and fold in your Loving Earth mix in’s!
- Step 5Scrape the ice cream mixture out into a lined cake tin. Drizzle some maple syrup on top once in the pan for a caramel ripple. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
