Thanks to the miso and sea salt, these brownies have a salted caramel flavour!
They’re rich, they’re dense AND they're fudgy!
Subtly sweet, super fudgy, seriously chocolaty (yet secretly healthy) rich chocolate cupcakes stuffed with black cherry jam, slathered with lashings of light and fluffy, freshly whipped cream finished with a sprinkling of dark chocolate a dusting of cacao then crowned with an extra glorious, sweet juicy cherry!
As Charles M. Schulz once said, “All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt” ..
Raspberry and dark chocolate pairs wonderfully together. These chocolates are the perfect combination of sweet, bitter, creamy and fruity. A nourishing, delicious treat for proper of all ages. I hope you love it ♥️
A cake is so much better when it's got texture and crunch ;) And so is chocolate. That's why we've combined a delicious vanilla cake with our newest ALMOND CRUNCH bar for a next-level crunchy, chocolatey bundt cake! It's full of extra crushed roast almonds and a gooey Almond Crunch chocolate center. Complete with a melted Dark Chocolate Icing. Perfect for a snack or a dessert...or breakfast - if you're like me and love a piece of cake with a morning coffee!
This Dark Peppermint Chocolate Ganache is RICH and decadent. So what's the secret? It's coconut cream - the key to making any plant-based dish extra creamy. Made with our Mint Chocolate and topped with crushed candy canes, it's the perfect festive dessert!
When it comes to doughnuts, we do-nut discriminate. But one of our favourites is the Old Fashioned doughnuts. Crumbly and cakey. Dipped in 85% Dark and covered in cacao nibs. Doughnuts are my ultimate comfort food.
This is the simplest chocolate mousse recipe ever. Using a base of only two ingredients; coconut cream and chocolate, you couldn’t get a more simple yet decadent dessert. The jaffa flavour can be polarizing but when using good quality rich dark chocolate, you literally can’t go wrong… the orange flavour fits in seamlessly and adds a natural citrusy sweetness. Plus these chocolate covered dried mandarin slices are insane! The dehydrating process means the flavours are concentrated and yes you can eat the skin and pith… In fact I think it actually intensifies the flavour!
Here's a way to get more servings of veggies into your day! A slice of our chocolate beetroot bundt cake with coconut chocolate ganache. Any excuse to eat chocolate, right? The pairing between our rich, velvety dark chocolate and the earthy flavour of beetroot is heavenly.
Placing this recipe in the Desserts chapter of the book felt like the right thing to do after we threw those dark chocolate squares on top! But if you take a peek at the ingredients, you’ll find that it’s actually quite a healthy snack. There’s even a whole avocado in it, although completely disguised by the dark chocolate and fresh mint flavours. This one is quite rich so you can keep the portion sizes small. And you can obviously just replace the chocolate granola with any granola that you have at home, for an even quicker recipe.
This recipe is taken from Green Kitchen Smoothies by David Frenkiel and Luise Vindahl, published by Hardie Grant Books and available now where all good books are sold. Find out more information on the book here.
These oaty breakfast bites are a tasty way to start the day, the perfect on-the-run snack or a healthy after dinner treat!
Made with the creamy salted caramel chocolate, these raw vegan tarts will have your friends swooning this Summer.
How to impress + nourish your guest 101.. Make this dessert.
A classic combo, dark chocolate and mint. This ice cream is rich and creamy with a serious mint kick. It has a great texture from the cacao nibs and mint choc pieces. Super easy to make and is an impressive after dinner dessert.
These bounty bars are one of our favourite raw treats. They’re super easy to make - you don’t need a food processor or blender, just a bowl! Creamy and moist on the inside, smooth dark chocolate on the outside – they really are the taste of paradise!
This slice is best of both worlds. We love choc chip cookies but this slice is next level! Dark and Caramel chocolate plus smoothness and crunch. Delicious and yet still healthy.
I love curling up on the couch with a tea, magazine and a piece of this. Also, it’s a great way to use that almond pulp from making almond milk; I hate wastage so this is a brilliant and yummy way to use it!
Packed full of nuts, seeds and a generous layer of lush dark chocolate, these bars are the perfect little wholesome sweet treat and are super easy to make. If you have trouble finding quinoa puffs, try using rice puffs or something similar in their place.
Gooey date caramel, roasted almonds and a snap of bittersweet dark chocolate... the perfect little sweet treat with your afternoon cup of tea.
While we take the time to form a smoothie that is pleasing to the eye, this smoothie is also perfect for when you've got to run out the door and need an extra pep in your step.
This chocolate bark is perfect for those movie nights on the couch, combing Loving Earth Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolates, along with freeze dried berries and sea salt. Make sure that you save the largest shards of the chocolate bark for yourself. Sometimes sharing isn't all it's cracked up to be ;)
This recipe brings back so many memories of when I lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I remember trying Dulce de Leche for the first time in the bakery next door to my apartment. Complimented by Dark Orange Chocolate, this mousse is my favourite way to enjoy Dulce de Leche.
These delicious little treats were inspired by the gorgeous Emma from My Darling Lemon Thyme with her Dark Chocolate Peppermint Ice Cream Bites. I loved the recipe so much but wanted to create a summery version using the juicy peaches that are around at the moment. The creamy peach cashew 'ice cream' pairs so well with lavender and the dark chocolate coating gives a satisfying crunch when you bite into them.
