This is what I make on the weekends that I don’t feel like pancakes. It’s feels decadent and meant for a slow Sunday morning. The Paleo Mix is the perfect addition for some crunch and a delicious way to get your daily dose of healthy fats and protein. I love chewing my smoothie to help digestion so get out a spoon and start scooping.
ingredients
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 1 cup of Paleo Mix –Berry Choc or Protein Power see product
- 3-4 small bananas (preferably frozen)
- 1 cup blueberries (preferably frozen)
- 1 tbsp Acai Powder see product
- 1 tbsp Coconut Paste
- ½ tsp of Vanilla Powder
- 2-3 cups of almond milk or coconut water (depends on your desired thickness)
- 4 tbsp of ABC Butter
- 6 pieces of 85% Dark Chocolate see product
method
- Step 1Wash and cut the strawberries in half and carefully place them around the bottom of your smoothie glasses. Place half a cup of Paleo Mix into each glass (in the middle of all the strawberries).
- Step 2Blend bananas, blueberries, acai powder, vanilla and coconut paste until thick and smooth. Pour on top of the strawberries and Paleo Mix.
- Step 3Generously drizzle the ABC Butter around the sides and over the smoothie. Serve with fresh berries and a couple of pieces of your favourite Loving Earth chocolate!
