  • We love breakfast here at Loving Earth and if it’s not something savoury then it’s usually fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt topped with granola.

This granola recipe was inspired by the moreish Sarah Wilson recipe from her IQS days – thank you Sarah!

  • The toasty flavours of coconut sugar toffee and roasted almonds, with silky chocolate and sea salt, are sure to impress.

  • Four little letters, one tiny word, and a whole lot of deliciousness filled with love.

They are full of goodness too thanks to Loving Earth’s cold pressed organic coconut oil, known for its healthy saturated fats which boost brain function and heart health, and the raw cacao powder which is high in antioxidants and other nutrients that help keep us energised, healthy, and happy. And we can’t forget the indulgent layer of Loving Earth’s Almond Crunch cashew mylk chocolate which not only tastes divine but is jam packed with plant-based nutrients.

Little kitchen helpers will love to get involved (particularly in the chocolate melting process!) but watch out for disappearing letters! As you can see, it was very nearly E for ‘eaten’!

  • We love the blurred lines between breakfast and dessert and these Banoffee Jars are just the ticket. Perfectly acceptable to have to start the day thanks to the protein packed buckinis, almond meal and peanut butter, a good dose of coconut oil and yoghurt for healthy fats, and of course banana...but equally as acceptable to have post dinner or even gym for the same reasons!

  • It’s pink, it’s beautiful, it’s delicious, and a perfect Mothers’ Day treat for the special ladies and Mumma Bears in our lives.

Not only is it raw, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar free, but it’s also filled with nutrients thanks to Loving Earth’s delicious buckinis: a grain-free, gluten-free, wholefood mix that combines raw activated buckwheat (a protein-packed seed) with superfoods such as Maca and Mesquite. And let’s not forget the good dose of antioxidants due to Loving Earth’s raw cacao powder. We reckon all of this makes it more than ok to go back for seconds!

So, tell Mum to put her feet up, pop the kettle on, and serve up an afternoon tea filled with love and a whole lot of goodness.

  • A chocolate cream pie that's good for you. What a dream! Kira Simpson works her magic with our Raspberry Mylk Chocolate, Cacao Powder, Coconut Oil and more! This is a set-in-fridge pie so it's perfectly refreshing for summer.

  • Cookies aren't generally considered a breakfast food, but when you have oats, nuts & toasted coconut in the mix, it's totally acceptable to reach for one before 9am! These have chunks of our Cashew MYLK scattered through and are delicious with a morning coffee ☕️

  • A delicious & chocolatey layered addition to any dessert platter, office morning tea, after-dinner dessert, or pick me up snack!

Beginning with a creamy Cashew Mylk chocolate layer, subtly sweet caramel chocolate layer, and finishing with a berry & cacao cereal mix topping.

Feel free to change up the toppings with fresh berries, coconut flakes, more chocolate layers, chia seeds, or nut butter!

  • This Dark Peppermint Chocolate Ganache is RICH and decadent. So what's the secret? It's coconut cream - the key to making any plant-based dish extra creamy. Made with our Mint Chocolate and topped with crushed candy canes, it's the perfect festive dessert!

  • Old fashioned homemade jam. There's nothing quite like it. It kind of reminds me of my childhood where my mum and I would pick the fruits from the trees in our backyard and stew our very own jam (Plenty of greenery and space in the outback of Melbourne).

  • TFW you want bacon but you ALSO want that plant-based life.
Enter: "coconut bacon" or aka "facon".
But don't worry, there's nothing "fake" about this - it's pure coconut chips marinated in tamari, oil, maple, S&P...(basically all the good things that give it a smokey flavour!) Roasted alongside some kale, tossed through soba noodles and dressed with a creamy dressing. We were going for a "tahini" miso dressing, but what do you do when you've run out? Switch it out for creamy cashew butter of course!
  • Chocolate and beetroot. It seems like an unlikely combo but in actual fact, it's a match made in heaven! This cake's fruity, sweet, decadent and rich...you'd never know it's 100% plant-based, gluten free and grain free! Topped off with creamy homemade coconut whip with vibrant pink Pitaya powder from Unicorn Superfoods adding that POP of colour :)

  • This is the simplest chocolate mousse recipe ever. Using a base of only two ingredients; coconut cream and chocolate, you couldn’t get a more simple yet decadent dessert. The jaffa flavour can be polarizing but when using good quality rich dark chocolate, you literally can’t go wrong… the orange flavour fits in seamlessly and adds a natural citrusy sweetness. Plus these chocolate covered dried mandarin slices are insane! The dehydrating process means the flavours are concentrated and yes you can eat the skin and pith… In fact I think it actually intensifies the flavour!

  • It just wouldn't be Christmas without gingerbread! I just love the scent of ginger and cinnamon filling up the kitchen and house this time of the year <3

Here's our healthy version of the classic favourite. We've decorated ours with lashings of coconut whipped cream, berries and in true Loving Earth style, squares of chocolate. Enjoy x

  • Here's a way to get more servings of veggies into your day! A slice of our chocolate beetroot bundt cake with coconut chocolate ganache. Any excuse to eat chocolate, right? The pairing between our rich, velvety dark chocolate and the earthy flavour of beetroot is heavenly.

  • It's a swell time, jingle bell time... there is just something about cherries & Christmas, make your something this delectable cherry bomb slice!

  • These Coconut Espresso Breakfast Bars are sure to make your body sing. They contain low GI carbohydrates, good fats from the nuts and sweetened with natural sweetener. These bars will keep you satisfied for hours without any sort of sugar crash in sight.

  • Fresh, packed full of zest & covered in coconut. Treat your tastebuds this summer with a Lime Avocado Pie full of flavours.

  • If you haven’t had a raspberry ‘Ruffle’ bar before, you have not lived. They have been one of my favourite treats since childhood, and back in the days I remember filling my Pick ’n’ Mix bag with these things. The best thing is they are vegan too!

They say three’s a crowd but that’s not the case with Ruffles, which are made with three of my most favourite things – coconut, raspberries and chocolate. They’re sweet, rich and fruity all at the same time, and so damn delicious!

  • During the cooler months I love nothing more than a hearty warm breakfast. My go to breakfast would have to be this warm chia pudding with coconut fried banana. Top it with your favourite fruits, Loving Earth chocolate and a sprinkle of superfoods for a nourishing bowl that will give you energy for hours.

  • This raw Lemon Coconut slice is the perfect, throw together summery dessert. Think lemon cheesecake, only bite sized ;)
