Our "delightful bark" - with just 5 ingredients, it's a super quick and easy treat to whip up! Make it for your 3pm pick-me-up or dessert. Be careful though...it's hard to stop at just one piece!

Delightful Chocolate Bark
- 5x bars Loving Earth Dirty Rose chocolate
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Loving Earth Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped raw almonds
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pistachios
- 1/3 cup dried cherries and cranberries
- A scatter of coconut chips (optional)
method
- Step 1 :Grease a slice pan with extra coconut oil, line base and sides with baking paper.
- Step 2 :Place the coconut oil, and 4 bars of Turkishly Delightful chocolate into a medium bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan with water; gently heating until the chocolate and coconut oil has melted. Ensure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water in the sacepan.
- Step 3 :Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared tin and scatter with raw almonds, pistachios, dried cherries, cranberries and coconut chips.
- Step 4 :Refrigerate until set (approximately 1 hour) and break into desired-size pieces. Pop them into a container and place them back in the freezer for another 10 minutes for them to firm up, especially if it's a warm climate. Any leftovers (if any!) can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
