Cookie dough & superfood balls

ingredients
Cookie dough balls

1 cup almond

⅓ cup oats
-
10 medjool dates
-
2 heaped tbsp cashew butter

1 salted caramel bar roughly chopped

2 tbsp cacao nibs
-
40g Loving Earth Salted Caramel Chocolate
Superfood Balls
-
½ cup almonds
-
⅓ cup oats
-
⅓ cup pistachios
-
10 medjool dates pitted
-
¼ cup golden berries
-
1 tbsp tahini
-
method
- Step 1 :For Cookie Dough Balls - In a food processor, blend the almonds and oats until they form a fine ‘meal’.
- Step 2 :add the remaining ingredients (except the salted caramel chocolate), and blend until the mix starts to form a ball.
- Step 3 :Towards the end of processing add the chocolate.
- Step 4 :Roll into balls.
- Step 5 :For Superfood Balls - In a food processor, blend the almonds, oats and pistachios until they form a fine ‘meal’.
- Step 6 :then add the dates, golden berries and tahini blend until the mixture starts to clump together.
- Step 7 :Roll into balls.
