Chocolate Coconut Granola
I keep a large jar of this on our kitchen bench. It’s perfect to reach in for a little snack through the day, great for breakfast with almond milk and gojis sprinkled over the top or my favourite is adding it to my banana ice-cream when I’m in the mood for a creamy dessert!
