Salted Caramel Choc Chip Cookies
Salted Caramel Choc Chip Cookies that are good your the inside and your tastebuds
(even though they totally taste like a 'naughty' childhood treat)
the perfect way to cure that sweet tooths craving!!
Roughly 16 cookies
ingredients
Dry Ingredients

1½ cup almond meal

½ cup coconut flour
-
1 tbs Loving Earth Coconut Sugar

½ tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp cinnamon
-
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
-
2 rows chopped Loving Earth Mylk Chocolate

2 rows chopped Loving Earth Salted Caramel Chocolate
Wet ingredients

2 tbs rice malt syrup
-
2 tbs Loving Earth Coconut Oil
-
¼ tsp vanilla extract
-
1 tbsp flax seed
-
3 tbsp water
-
¼ cup almond milk
method
- Step 1 :Preheat oven to 180C
- Step 2 :Combine dry ingredients into a bowl
- Step 3 :Combine coconut oil, rice malt syrup in pan on very low heat once melted take off heat and add to dry ingredients along with vanilla extract, flaxseed, water and almond milk
- Step 4 :Mix together all ingredients until nicely combined (cookie dough texture)
- Step 5 :Roll into balls and place on prepared tray, 3cm apart. Press down slightly using fork
- Step 6 :Bake for 10 mins or until light golden and cooked. Transfer to a wire rack to cool and enjoy!
