Salted Caramel Banana Ice Cream
This is not technically ice-cream or salted caramel but it sure is delicious and also very healthy! I didn't use an ice-cream maker for this recipe so it's super easy too!
SERVES 3-4
ingredients

6 pre frozen bananas

¾ cup pitted dates

½ can of coconut cream (not light)

2 tbsp tahini

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Vanilla Powder

100g Salted Caramel Chocolate
method
- Step 1 :If you don’t already have frozen bananas- freeze some ripe bananas without the peel diced up.
- Step 2 :Soak the dates in hot water in a cup for 20 min.
- Step 3 :In the meantime blend the bananas and coconut cream together in a food processor and put aside.
- Step 4 :Blend the softened dates, tahini, cinnamon, vanilla and salt in the food processor and mix it with the banana and coconut cream.
- Step 5 :Chop the Loving Earth salted caramel chocolate and mix half through the ice-cream and pour into a cake tin or container.
- Step 6 :Put in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight. Take out 5 min before serving to scoop it out with an ice cream scoop and sprinkle the other half of the chocolate on top. Store in the freezer.
