This recipe may look fiddly but it's super simple to make! So easy that you could jump in the kitchen after dinner and have yourself a fresh and delicious dessert in under 15 minutes.

ingredients
- 1 cup/185g of dates
- 1 cup/115g Loving Earth raw organic activated Buckinis chocolate clusters
- handful of pistachio nuts (optional)
- 12 tbs of vegan yoghurt
- 4 figs
- handful of blueberries (optional)
- drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
method
- Step 1 :Remove the hard stones from the dates and place them together with chocolate clusters and a handful of pistachio nuts (optional) in a food processor. Mix until coarsely ground. You'll know when it's done if you press the mixture together in your hand and it sticks together.
- Step 2 :Evenly spread the mixture into 4 small tartlette forms and press into shape. Fill the tartlets with vegan yoghurt, top with figs and blueberries or any fruit of your choice. You can sprinkle some crushed pistachio nuts on top as well as some maple syrup. Enjoy!
