Banana + Salted Caramel Spelt Muffins
Salted caramel chocolate and bananas taste as though they were made for one another. You'll see what we mean after eating one of these incredible Banana and Salted Caramel spelt muffins.

ingredients
For the dry ingredients

2 cups White Spelt Flour

1 cup Sugar of choice

1 + ½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Baking Soda
-
½ tsp Salt
-
1 tsp Cinnamon
For the wet ingredients
-
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed (mixed with 3 tbsp Water)

3 Large Bananas, mashed
-
½ cup Vegetable oil
-
½ cup Coconut Milk
-
2 tsp Vanilla Essence

1 block of Loving Earth Salted Caramel Chocolate, roughly chopped
method
- Step 1 :1. Preheat oven to 170º.
- Step 2 :2. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Step 3 :3. Whisk together the wet ingredients (except chocolate) until well combined.
- Step 4 :4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined – do not overmix!
- Step 5 :5. Divide into a lined muffin tray and bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
