Creamy white chocolate that tastes just as good as it looks. This decadent dairy free delight can be flavoured with your favourite combination. My favourite? Pistachio, raspberries and rose.
ingredients
WHITE CHOCOLATE
- ½ cup Virgin Cacao Butter or Coconut Chocolate butter, melted
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil
- 1 cup soaked cashews (preferably for 3 hours or more)
- 2 tbs rice malt syrup or Coconut Nectar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 tsp stevia
- 2 tbs coconut cream
RASPBERRY, ROSE AND PISTACHIO
- Pistachio nuts
- Dried rose petals
- Raspberries
PEANUT BUTTER, STRAWBERRY AND MACADAMIA
- Macadamia nuts
- Strawberries
- Peanut butter
method
- Step 1 :Blend all ingredients for the white chocolate in a high speed blender until a smooth consistency is is formed. Pour into your preferred chocolate mould, mix through your toppings and freeze.
