Caramel Tim Tams
Just when you thought life couldn't get any better, along came Caramel Tim Tams! Oh and the best part... The family favourite is made ALL-NATU-RAL!
Makes 10-12
ingredients
Biscuit

2 cups Brazil Nuts

1 cups Plain Buckinis

½ cup medjool dates, seeds removed

2 tbsp Coconut Oil
-
pinch of salt
Dark Chocolate Mouse
-
2 cups Raw Cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours

4 tbsp Dark Drinking Chocolate

4 tbsp coconut cream
-
2 tbsp Coconut Nectar
-
½ tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
Chocolate

80g Caramel Chocolate Bar, melted
method
- Step 1 :Place the biscuit ingredients into your food processor and blend at high speed until well combined and sticking together.
- Step 2 :Line a medium sized square cake tin with baking paper. Transfer half the biscuit mixture and press into cake tin. Refrigerate.
- Step 3 :Place the mouse ingredients into your processor until completely smooth. Pour over biscuit base. Freeze.
- Step 4 :Spread out the remaining half of your biscuit mixture over the mouse layer. Freeze.
- Step 5 :Slice into Tim Tam sized rectangles. Dip half of each biscuit into your chocolate and then place it onto a tray lined with baking paper. Refrigerate.
- Step 6 :After 10 minutes dip the alternate side of your biscuits into the melted chocolate. Refrigerate.
