Sour Cherry Truffle w/- Infused Cacao Nibs
Enjoy these little babies of mine...they're extremely addictive! Oh, and you can have these with or without the Cacao Nibs....but most important are the Sour Cherries!

1 cup Cacao Powder

1 ½ cups Really Raw Cashews

¼ cup Dark Agave Nectar

2 tbsp Cacao Butter, melted

1 tsp cinnamon powder

¼ tsp nutmeg powder

1 tsp sea salt

½ cup sour cherries
method
- Step 1 :1. Place all the prepared Cacao Powder and Cashews in a food processor and pulse until smooth flour like.
- Step 2 :2. Slowly add the Cacao Butter and continue to blend until completely incorporated.
- Step 3 :3. Add remaining ingredients and lightly pulse until well mixed.
- Step 4 :4. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for 15 – 30 minutes until mixture becomes firm enough to scoop and mould.
- Step 5 :5. Using a small ice cream scoop, make balls, about a teaspoon in size.
- Step 6 :6. Press couple of sour cherries into the truffles’ center core.
