Sneaky Kids Choc Pudding
This was a great way for me to get my fussy daughter, Sienna, to eat her veggies. You can really dress this treat up to look like a dessert you may find in a restaurant. ingredients

1 ½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries

1 – 2 bananas broken up

2 – 3 tsp Cacao Powder

2 tsp Coconut Oil

3 – 5 tbsp orange juice

2 tbsp nut milk

½ avocado, peeled and cut into wedges

1 freshly grated carrot
method
- Step 1 :Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Step 2 :Serve in a plastic martini glass or raid your pantry to find a similar fancy looking glass. You can add some shredded Coconut to the top for some contrasting colours.
