Choc Tahini Smoothie
Sometimes when I have a little extra time and I’m feeling a little fancy I like to create a double layer smoothie to put an even bigger smile on my face!
Tahini is my latest obsession and is turning up in almost every meal I’m eating and now it’s made its way to my breakfasts. Packed with healthy fats, protein and even spinach this chocolate tahini smoothie is a healthy breakfast indulgence you definitely won’t regret!
SERVES 1
ingredients

1 frozen banana

2 tbsp tahini
-
handful Activated Almonds
-
1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Lucuma Powder

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp Cacao powder
-
handful baby spinach
method
- Step 1 :Blend the first 6 ingredients until super smooth and creamy. Pour half of the mixture into two glasses or jars.
- Step 2 :Add the cacao powder and spinach to the remaining smoothie and blend once again. Carefully pour the chocolate smoothie down the side of the glass and top with cacao nibs and extra tahini. Enjoy!
