Gluten Free Cacao Granola
This is not your typical granola. There are no oats, puffed rice or dried fruit. There is chocolate however, and we’re always excited to start the day with a healthy chocolatey fix! This gluten free mix is a perfect on-the-run breakfast or sprinkle over your favourite dessert or smoothie bowl.
1 Large Jar
ingredients

2 cups Walnuts, roughly chopped

2 cups Shredded Coconut

1 cup Plain Buckinis

1 cup Coconut Chips

½ cup Cacao Nibs

4 tbsp Cacao Powder

4 tbsp Coconut Nectar

1 tsp Vanilla Powder
method
- Step 1 :Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Step 2 :Spread the mixture out over two baking paper lined trays and cook at a 100 degrees for 30 mins. Alternately you could dehydrate the granola at below 41°C for 10-12 hours.
- Step 3 :Remove from the oven (or dehydrator) and store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
