MAKES 10 BOMBS
ingredients
- 1 cup Medjool dates
- ⅓ cup Desiccated Coconut
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 ½ tbsp carob powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
method
- Step 1 :Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the mixture forms a heavy crumb (approximately 2 minutes).
- Step 2 :Roll the mixture into equal-sized balls, firmly squeezing in order to bring them together.
- Step 3 :Refrigerate until firm as this will allow a better ride in the lunch box. Store in the fridge for 2 weeks & freezer for 1 month.
