Frozen Smoothie Pops
We all love a good smoothie here at Loving Earth! The weather is warming up and what is a smoothie obsessed girl to do? Make frozen smoothie pops! The beauty of this recipe is that you can change out the fruit for your favourites - the possibilities are endless.

1 banana

1 ½ cups of coconut cream

½ cup Cashews

1 tsp Vanilla Powder

2 tbsp Coconut Nectar

1 cup mixed berries (we used strawberries, raspberries & blueberries)
method
- Step 1 :Add the banana, coconut cream, cashews, vanilla powder & coconut nectar to a blender and whiz until well combined. Pour half out into a jug and reserve.
- Step 2 :Add the mixed berries to the remaining smoothie in the blender and blend until just combined.
- Step 3 :Pour the berry mixture into the moulds to fill half way. Then carefully pour the coconut smoothie overtop. Place a popsicle stick in the centre and add a few extra berries around the stick. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely set.
