You Are A Love Being Bar
Like the classic Snickers bar, but healthy. You feel the quality in every bite. If you are a fan of hazelnuts, peanut butter and raw chocolate, these decadent bars are for you. - Karolina Eleonóra
MAKES 4 big bars

Bar Dough

1 cup hazelnut flour

½ cup dates

3 tbsp virgin Coconut Oil

3 pinches Himalayan salt

½ tsp Vanilla Powder

1 handful of peanuts, roughly chopped

2-3 tbsp peanut butter
Chocolate
-
100g cacao liquor
-
2 tsp virgin Coconut Oil
-
2 tbsp Agave Syrup
-
2 pinches Himalayan salt
-
¼ tsp Vanilla Powder
method
- Step 1 :Pit and soak the dates. Add the drained dates to a food processor and blend to make a date paste. Then add all of the ingredients except the peanuts until you have a dough.
- Step 2 :Then add the peanuts and incorporate them by hand. Form 4-5 bars with your hands.
- Step 3 :In the middle of each bar create a little "tunnel" by drawing a line with the backside of a knife. The deeper and broader the tunnel is, the more peanut butter you can fit into it. Spread each bar with a thick layer of peanut butter. If you love peanuts, add some extra on top! Put them in the freezer while making the Chocolate.
- Step 4 :Slowly melt the cacao liquor in a water bath. When it is melted half way through add the Coconut Oil.
- Step 5 :When it’s all melted quickly add the rest of the ingredients, stir and coat the peanut butter coated bars with chocolate.
