• For the Bircher Muesli

• 2 cup Brazil Nut Milk
• 1 cup Pecans, roughly chopped
• ½ cup Shredded Coconut
• ½ cup apples, roughly chopped
• 1 tbsp Lucuma Powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1 Vanilla Bean, scraped
• ¼ tsp sea salt

• For the Topping

• ¼ cup White Mulberries
• ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
• 2 tsp Maqui Powder (optional)
• 3 tbsp spare mint

• Step 1 :Mix all bircher muesli ingredients in a blender for four seconds.
• Step 2 :Divide the mixture onto four plates.
• Step 3 :Mix the topping ingredients and scatter gently on the bircher muesli.
