Chocolate Macaroons
This recipe is so easy, and is especially fun to make with kids. These are delicious raw, too, but if you want some crunch, cook them as described below. Also feel free to tweak them by adding goji berries or even chilli (as I’ve been known to do!). - Lola Berry

135g (1½ cups) Fine Coconut

100g (1 cup) almond meal

3 tablespoons Coconut Oil, melted

60g (½ cup) Cacao Powder

125ml (½ cup) Coconut Nectar

method
- Step 1 :1. Preheat the ove
- Step 2 :2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend (or you could mix by hand).
- Step 3 :3. Use dampened hands to form teaspoon- sized balls of the mixture and place them on a lined baking tray.
- Step 4 :4. Press them down slightly (so they don’t roll around) and bake them for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then enjoy with your fellow cooks!
