Peanut Butter Buckini Chocolate Crackles
These babies are for serious chocolate lovers only – chocolate buckinis coated in more chocolate, plus peanut butter. Crunchy, moreish, and addictive little vessels of goodness.

1 Box Chocolate Buckinis (400g)

3 blocks chocolate of choice (240g) – we used Creamy Coconut Mylk, but 72% Dark would be perfect for those with less of a sweet tooth

1/2 cup peanut butter (or alternative nut butter of choice)
method
- Step 1 :Add the full box of Chocolate Buckinis to a large mixing bowl.
- Step 2 :In a separate small bowl, microwave the chocolate in 30 second bursts until completely melted.
- Step 3 :Add the peanut butter to the melted chocolate, and mix together until melted (microwave for a further 30 seconds if required to fully mix the chocolate and peanut butter).
- Step 4 :Add the chocolate peanut butter mixture, and mix together well until the Buckinis are completely coated in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Step 5 :Spoon the mixture into patty pans/cupcake liners, and refrigerate until set. Makes approx. 12 large (fully filled) cupcake liners, or 24 small (half-filled liner sized) crackles. Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container for up to one week.
