A Choc-Berry Christmas Nice Cream
A creamy and refreshing nice cream recipe, full of berries and chocolate. It's perfect for the festive season. You'll want it for dessert and breakfast!
6 frozen bananas, cut into small pieces and frozen overnight
4 cups frozen raspberries
1x 80g bar Loving Earth Raspberry Chocolate
2x cans of coconut cream, refrigerated overnight
4-8 tablespoons maple syrup or rice malt syrup
- Step 1 :Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blitz completely until smooth. Stir in the roughly chopped chocolate and blitz for a few seconds, making sure that chocolate chunks still remain.
- Step 2 :Serve immediately for a soft serve ice cream. Otherwise, pour into a large freezer safe dish and place in the freezer overnight.
- Step 3 :To serve, if a softer nice cream is preferred, leave out on the kitchen benchtop for approximately 5-10 minutes. Serve as is or top with flaked coconut and more shaved chocolate pieces.
