Eating foods in their pure, minimally processed states, foods that are grown organically in a sustainable way, is one of the most significant ways in which we can live out the Loving Earth philosophy. Not only are we nurturing our own health and wellbeing but we are also nurturing the health and wellbeing of our planet. 

  • The following guidelines define how we approach our products:

    • They are sugar, dairy, gluten and grain free.
    • They are minimally processed, made with low temperatures where possible. 
    • There are no artificial additives to any of the products.
    • We source and develop products that are in their optimal nutritional state.


    Health is a very broad topic, and nowadays it’s a multi-million dollar industry. We feel that it’s important to not get caught up in the hype and follow each new health trend that comes along. We need to decide for ourselves the validity of all the information we constantly receive and be open to learning from the collective experiences of older cultures to experience a healthier, more vibrant life. At the same time, health to us means more than simply what’s in our pantry; food serves many functions, and as much as it is fuel for our body, it is also a great source of pleasure. No wonder it’s at the centre of social life in every corner of the globe! 

  • We believe that the best way to vibrant health to be found within yourself - through listening to your body and learning to trust your instincts. Everyone is different, and what works for one person may not necessarily work for another. A fantastic tool which enables us to do this is through keeping a food diary. This relates back to the core of Loving Earth: consciousness. If people are engaging with the world consciously, they’re going to be healthy, they’re going to be ethical, and they’re going to be vibrant. That’s the foundation, and that’s what we want: empowerment.  

    Something that rings true for us is that a spoonful of prevention is better than a ounce of cure – and this has never rung more true than in today’s age of heavily processed foods. A healthy and balanced wholefoods diet is where healthcare begins. Medicine is not health care; it is illness care. Pills are not meant to take care of your health - nutrition rich natural wholefoods are.
