Summer is bountiful with ripe mangoes, melons, stone fruit and all kinds of berries, and it’s the perfect time to enjoy a little cold, whole-fruit deliciousness.
ingredients
Chocolate Banana
- ½ cup frozen banana slices
- 3 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. Cacao Powder see product
- 1 square Dark Chocolate, chopped, or ½ tsp. Cacao Nibs, to serve see product
Mango and Lime
- ½ cup frozen mango pieces
- 3 tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- zest of ½ lime
Berry Bliss
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- 3 tbsp. water or coconut cream
- pinch coconut flakes, to serve see product
Mint Choc Chip
- ½ frozen avocado
- 2 tbsp. water
- ¼ tsp. peppermint essence
- 1 square Dark Chocolate, chopped, or ½ tsp. Cacao Nibs, plus extra to serve see product
method
- Step 1Place all ingredients in a blender or chopping attachment of a hand-held blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately. For a firmer consistency, scoop into a bowl and return to the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
