ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp Loving Earth Hazelnut Chocolate Butter see product
- 2 tbsp Loving Earth Cacao Nibs see product
- 1 tbsp Loving Earth Coconut Sugar see product
- ⅓ cup soy or coconut mylk.
Raw cookie dough
- 2 heaped tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp Loving Earth Coconut Sugar see product
- ½ cup almond meal
- 1 Loving Earth Pocket 45s roughly chopped see product
- 2 tbsp Loving Earth Cacao Nibs see product
- A splash of mylk if necessary
method
- Step 1Mix all raw dough ingredients in a bowl until it forms a dough consistency.
- Step 2Blend all smoothie ingredients on high until smooth and creamy - Top with raw cookie dough
