Salad with Gubinge Dressing
ingredients
Mixed Salad
- 2 cups mixed greens (baby greens, spinach, parsley, butter lettuce, beet greens)
- 1 grated zucchini
- 1 grated cucumber
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 grated beetroot
Topping
- Mulberries
- Mixed activated nuts chopped
- Half an Avocado
Gubinge Vinagrette
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Loving Earth Gubinge Powder see product
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
- Tsp Dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
method
- Step 1Slice & grate all ingredients
- Step 2mix well & add Toppings
- Step 3in a seperate bowl, mix all Vingagrette ingredients until blended.
- Step 4Dress & enjoy
