Activation is a key process used to "wake up" seeds and nuts to release their essential nutrients and to allow our body to absorb the most out of them.
I try and limit the amount of sugar I consume but I'm loving the buckini's seed and nut mix sprinkled over my oats with banana and natural yogurt.

Activation of nuts ensures full absorption of nutrients otherwise inhibited by natural enzymes.
The chocolate range is calling my tastebuds, as a recent vegan I'm missing my chocolate but loving how good i feel after raw chocolate. Plus, who doesn't need extra some extra tryptoan (and seratonin) in their lives !

Activating nuts, seeds, grains and legumes releases enzyme inhibitors, proteins which prevent those beautiful nutrients from being absorbed into our body! Digestion is much easier, and we are able to make the most out of all we are eating (hello flat stomach hehe!).

I'd love to try the nut & seed cereal as it would have so many amazing textures and flavours in itself even before adding anything extra. It would be so nice to have something versatile, for use by itself, with chia pudding, on porridge, smoothie bowls or nana icecream!!

Activation 'tricks' the seed or nut into beginning its' germination process. It creates a whole raft of extra vitamins and phytochemicals, whilst removing potentially irritating enzyme inhibitors. It also helps to remove phytic acid, which can bind to minerals and prevent their absorption. Activation creates a more nutrious, bioavailable food.
I'm currently taking myself through the GAPS diet protocol to try to fix up digestive issue, It can be hard to find ready made items that fit the bill for those times when I run out of time to prepare meals and snacks, so the Paleo Mix is exactly the thing I have been looking for!

Activation increases nutrient value by breaking down the problematic compounds, therefore enhancing digestibility. The most appealing range to my bodies needs at the moment is the Paleo Mixes, especially the Protein Power variety as they contain the perfect mix of nutrition, and also has the added bonus of being low in fructose!

Activation allows the product to stay as close to its natural state. Alowing the body to digest it easier and feed the body all the wonderful healthy enzymes. We struggle today to have these nutriants in our foods available to us as many products have preservatives or additives. Im an athlete and its important to me giving back to my body what it needs. Im always researching and looking for the closest form of natural foods for my body to enjoy.
I would love the protein powder or paleo product
Thankyou for the healthy products you provide

Loving Earth activate their nuts and seeds because 1) they are smart and 2) they are passionate about providing products that are not only super delicious but also filled to the brim with goodness and nutrients which are bio-available to the body. Loving Earth understand that the activation process is key to ensuring bio-availability, as it releases the enzyme inhibitors which are present to protect the seed until it germinates. Enzyme inhibitors interfere with digestion and absorption of nutrients. So by soaking the nut or seed it 'tricks' it into thinking it is ready to sprout, thus bringing all the goodness within to life and making it readily available to our body. And what a big difference activation has made to me personally! For years nuts and seeds were off the cards for me as my tummy strongly objected with pain and grumbling.... Until the day I discovered Loving Earth's activated scrummies - no more pain, only a delighted happy tummy, singing taste buds, and well nourished body.

The new Cluster range is particularly appealing to me at the moment.... Delightful little clusters of wholesomeness to nourish and support my body while I fight chronic Lyme Disease.
