ingredients
For the Bircher Muesli
- 2 cup Brazil Nut Milk
- 1 cup Pecans, roughly chopped
- ½ cup Shredded Coconut see product
- ½ cup apples, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp Lucuma Powder see product
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 Vanilla Bean, scraped see product
- ¼ tsp sea salt
For the Topping
- ¼ cup White Mulberries
- ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tsp Maqui Powder (optional) see product
- 3 tbsp spare mint
method
- Step 1Mix all bircher muesli ingredients in a blender for four seconds.
- Step 2Divide the mixture onto four plates.
- Step 3Mix the topping ingredients and scatter gently on the bircher muesli.
