This recipe is so easy, and is especially fun to make with kids. These are delicious raw, too, but if you want some crunch, cook them as described below. Also feel free to tweak them by adding goji berries or even chilli (as I’ve been known to do!). - Lola Berry
ingredients
- 135g (1½ cups) Fine Coconut see product
- 100g (1 cup) almond meal
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil, melted see product
- 60g (½ cup) Cacao Powder see product
- 125ml (½ cup) Coconut Nectar see product
- pinch pink salt
method
- Step 11. Preheat the ove
- Step 22. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend (or you could mix by hand).
- Step 33. Use dampened hands to form teaspoon- sized balls of the mixture and place them on a lined baking tray.
- Step 44. Press them down slightly (so they don’t roll around) and bake them for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then enjoy with your fellow cooks!
