I love all things chocolate, any combination, any which way I’m all over it. Lucky for me, cacao is considered one of natures super foods and because I have the means to make my own chocolate with pure, natural ingredients my crazy addiction isn’t detrimental to my health. - Saphira Tuffery
ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil see product
- 1/2 cup Cacao Powder see product
- 2 tbsp Agave Syrup
- 2 tbsp Maca Powder see product
- 1/3 cup Goji Berries
- Cacao Nibs for garnish see product
method
- Step 1Rehydrate your Goji Berries by resting in warm water for 10 minutes or until they look plump.
- Step 2Over a low heat melt down the coconut oil with the agave syrup. Transfer to a small bowl and mix the dry ingredients with the syrup. Whisk until well combined.
- Step 3Pour the mixture 3/4 full into each of your chocolate moulds. Sprinkle your rehydrated goji berries into each of the moulds and place in the fridge.
- Step 4Before they’re completely set, remove from the fridge and sprinkle cacao nibs on top for an added garnish. Place back in the fridge until set (or freezer to ramp up the process).
