ingredients
- 16 peaches, pitted & cut in half
- 8 peaches, juiced
- ½ cup Yacon Syrup see product
- 1 star anise
- 1 Vanilla Bean, scraped (use the pods as well) see product
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1/3 tsp sea salt
method
- Step 1Mix all the ingredients in a flat container and dehydrate on a mesh tray for six hours.
