ingredients
- 100 g Cacao Butter, becomes 0.5 cup as melted see product
- 1 cup + 1/4 cup shredded Coconut see product
- 1/4 cup Coconut flour
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla from pod see product
- 2 pinches Himalayan salt
- 3 tbsp Lúcuma Powder see product
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Banana
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup fozen Raspberries
method
- Step 1Slowly melt the Cacao butter in a water bath.
- Step 2Add all of the ingredients except the raspberries to the food processor and process until you have a dough.
- Step 3Add the frozen Raspberries and massage them into the dough. Flatten out into cookies.
